We are going on a trip to California at the end of Aug 2025. I decided to bring my Victory 10Mobility Scooter(8 years old) in to have some much needed work before the trip so I didn't have issues. They were very straight forward and gave me all the ins and outs of what needed to get done, and what I could wait on, really appreciated that. Total turn a round time was about 6 days, to me that was really fast, parts ordered, a couple days later, they received the parts and a day later it was done. Great customer skills on all the staff. This will now be our go to store.

Ian from Mobility plus was our hero today My 96yo Aunt's power chair just quit working yesterday. A call to Mobility and we had an appt the next day. Ian was right on time. He checked out the unit and determined the safety lock had been engaged and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. He also fixed two other issues Very impressed with Ian. Thanks a bunch for giving my aunt some of her Independence back

I really appreciate mobility plus I have used them twice now through different surgeries on renting their equipment and recliners. The receptionist Mary Jane is wonderful and the deliveries IAN and Tanner are exceptional. Thank you, Lord. They are so so kind. I am so forever grateful
