The Mobility Plus team was outstanding! Very easy to work with, communicated every step of the way and extremely professional. They moved a 20 foot ramp with a landing from Phoenixville to North Wales for us and was very reasonably priced. I had an amazing experience with Mobility Plus. The customer service that Mr and Mrs Gandhi offer is exceptional. I rented a knee scooter and an electric wheelchair and their price was fair and they made sure it was working properly and showed me how to use it. Mr Gandhi informed me to call them with any issues, which I didn’t have any. Very friendly people and I would highly recommend their company!

We had an excellent experience working with Mobility Plus. We purchased a reclining wheelchair for one of our participants at Northeast Adult Day Care, and the entire process was seamless. Their team was highly responsive, flexible, and truly attentive to our needs. They worked with us to ensure the right solution was provided quickly and efficiently. I wanted to rent a specific lightweight electric wheelchair so that a family member could try it out. I wasn‘t able to find it near my town, but when I saw the great reviews for Mobility Plus in Norristown, I decided to give them a call. Gandhi was so nice and helpful on the phone, that I decided to make the ninety minute drive out to his store to try out the newer model he had available. He and his wife were patient, accommodating, and completely low pressure. We rented the chair for our family vacation — even taking it on the plane — and it made a world of difference for our family member‘s ability to enjoy themselves comfortably and independently. We decided to purchase the chair and are happy that we now know where to go if we have any other mobility needs in the future!

We called Gandhi at Mobility Plus about an EV Rider Transport 4AF that we needed and he had one in stock! Gandhi was a pleasant man full of information about our disability scooter and his information was much appreciated. We did buy the EV Rider Scooter from him and took it home with us as he had it all ready to go. We also left our damaged EV Rider to see if he could get it to work again. I definitely would deal with Gandhi and his sales associate again – and buy from him in the future if need be.
