Our scooter was badly damaged. After being referred to Mobility Plus they immediately delivered a loner to our home and picked up the damaged scooter. They restored the scooter within a week’s time and it is good as new. We couldn’t ask for better service.

Mousmi was very accomodating to us. When we could not get a scooter rental from our usual local suppliers before leaving town, we pre-ordered a scooter online from Mobility Plus because they were in the vicinity of our destination. We had not rented from them before. When we got there, the scootere we had pre-ordered was too big for us to manage. Mousmi found a great alternate model that was lighter and folded easily without us having to break it down. It suited us perfectly. Mousmi put it in our car before we left, we used it for two days, and when we returned it he took it out of the car and refunded our deposit in full. It was a totally hassle-free rental, and cost less than had we rented it from our usual go-to places. Mousmi is a people person, super to work with.

Exceptional Service & Expertise – Highly Recommended! We had an outstanding experience at Mobility Plus, a family-owned showroom run by Mr. Ghandi. His deep knowledge, hands-on experience, and technical understanding of mobility aids were immediately apparent. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and with genuine care. What truly stood out was the level of service. The day after our visit, we had a follow-up question but didn’t leave a message. To our surprise, Mr. Ghandi took the initiative to call us back just to check in—something you rarely see these days. That thoughtfulness and professionalism ultimately gave us the confidence to move forward with the purchase of a mobility scooter. While we haven’t needed any service yet, Mr. Ghandi has already earned our trust. We wholeheartedly recommend Mobility Plus to anyone seeking honest advice, excellent customer care, and quality mobility solutions.

I have been doing a deep dive on different mobility scooters but in the end, you just need to see them and have someone to answers your questions. Mousmi was so helpful and knowledgeable I ended up buying my scooter and feeling confident that I got the best one for my needs. A+ Service. I helped my uncle pick out his mobility scooter and these guys are top notch. Mr. Ghandi was very knowledgeable! We were able to test ride the scooters and the whole process was made easy. I definitely recommend Mobility Plus if you're in need of a scooter.
