This project involved installing a second stair lift for our customer. We had installed a lift on the primary staircase the previous year, but they wanted access to their basement. We are often asked how it is possible to install a stair lift where a door exists at the top of the staircase. It is no problem! The pictures for this project illustrate how snugly the Harmar track fits at the top exit point of the stairs. Pinnacle stair lift seats swivel (and lock in place when riding the lift) so that exiting at the top of a staircase near a door is easy and safe!
