Our goal is to provide you with the best customer experience possible. We will inspect, maintain and repair your mobility equipment at our location or at your home at your convenience. Our trained professionals will replace your battery and charger in no time to keep you on the go.
Mobility Plus will not order any parts or conduct any services without the PRIOR APPROVAL of the Customer.
Think it might be a Battery Issue? Bring your device to the store and we will check your batteries for FREE.
Service Fee: FREE
We will install your new batteries and properly dispose of your old batteries when you purchase your batteries through Mobility Plus of Anderson.
Service Fee: $75 Flat Fee + Cost of the Batteries
You may just want to know if your device really has a problem and what it will cost to get it fixed. Our Diagnostic Service will determine the problem, and what it will cost to fix it. If you decide to proceed with the repair, the Diagnostic Fee will be credited to the first hour of Labor.
Service Fee: $40 Flat Fee
The same service as the In-Store Diagnostics Service, only at your location.
Service Fee: $75 Flat Fee + $75 Travel Charge
All In-store Repairs are a minimum of 1 hour billed on quarter hour increments after the first hour. 30-day Labor warranty.
Service Fee: $75 per hour (minimum 1 hour)
All In-home Repairs are a minimum of 1 hour billed on quarter hour increments after the first hour. 30-day Labor warranty.
Service Fee: $120 Onsite Labor per hour + $75 Travel Charge
