Mobility Plus in Columbia City doesn't just sell medical equipment, we offer freedom and peace of mind for those with a disability, illness, injury or recent surgery. Our mobility experts listen attentively and deliver complete solutions to improve the quality of lives and offer reassurance to caregivers. We are the complete source for mobility equipment sales, rental, repair and installation, including scooters, wheelchairs, stair-lifts, lift-chairs, hospital beds, ramps, and more. The MPCC showroom is in Columbia City, IN and services Fort Wayne, Huntertown, Churubusco, Kendallville, Albion, Warsaw, Syracuse, South Whitley, and surrounding counties.

We are a small business in our second year of operation and are looking for someone with great energy and drive that wants to learn and grow with us.

Job Responsibilities

  • Showroom consultations and sales
  • Over-the-phone consultations, scheduling, and sales
  • Assist with delivery of sold goods and rental equipment
  • Occasional in-home consultations and evaluations
  • Clean and sanitize returned rental equipment
  • Receive shipments/deliveries

Job Requirements

  • Able bodied and capable of lifting 50lbs on occasion
  • Personable and able to communicate well with customers, coworkers, and suppliers
  • Willing to learn and participate in on-going training
  • Computer literate with experience in MS Office tools
  • Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Competent with the use of hand tools and power tools
  • Prior work experience in consultations or sales is desired, but not required
