Mobility Plus Crestwood offers a wide range of maintenance and repair services to keep you mobile. Ask us about battery installation, in-store diagnostics, in-home diagnostics and white glove delivery service.

Battery Check

Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE.
This service test is the best way to make sure your batteries are in good working order. You can come to our location during our normal business hours for a free battery check, no appointment necessary.
If you're unable to come to us—we are happy to come to you, in-home diagnostic fees will apply.

Service Fee: FREE

Battery Installation

We will install your new batteries, and properly dispose of your old batteries when you purchase your batteries through the Mobility Plus Crestwood retail store.
We perform in-home removal of old batteries and replacement with new batteries – On site service fee applies.

Service Fee: FREE In-Store / $55 on-site (within 20 miles of our showroom)

In-store Diagnostic

Please bring your scooter, power chair, wheelchair, rollator or other mobility product to us for service.
We charge $30 for an initial assessment of the problem, this includes (20) minutes of labor.
Our labor rate is $95/hr billed in 15-minute increments.
We happily service equipment purchased elsewhere, if we are able to source parts.
Heavy item? Let us pick up or return your in-store service item for $55 -- (within 20 miles of our showroom)

In-home Diagnostic

Service fee: $100, this includes (20) minutes of labor, and travel within 20 miles of our showroom
Our labor rate is $95/hr billed in 15-minute increments.
$55 trip charge for in-home service within 20 - 30 miles of our showroom.
$90 trip charge for in-home service within 30 - 40 miles of our showroom.
$125 trip charge for in-home service within 40 - 60 miles of our showroom.
Additional repair fees will be assessed based on cost of parts, and labor required.

Delivery

We provide FREE white glove delivery on purchases of $500 or more within 20 miles of our showroom, 20-40 miles will be $60 delivery fee, and 40-60 miles a $90 delivery fee.
We charge a $55.00 delivery fee for all purchases under $500.00 within 20 miles of our showroom.
We charge $125.00 delivery fee for all purchases under $500.00 more than 20 miles from our showroom.
We will gladly haul away used mobility equipment at no additional cost when delivering new purchases.
