My experience with Jeff, the owner of Mobility Plus was totally awesome. He answered all my questions about safety and quality of my scooter completely and honestly. I was able to try the scooter before purchasing, including loading and unloading it into my car. In the use of my scooter around my home, what he's said was found to be true. I appreciated the phone call a couple of days after purchase to see how my experience with the scooter was going. Also being assured that he would be available for any assistance in the future was also appreciated.

I bought a smart lift that fits inside our mini-van to pickup and move our my wife’s scooter into the van. The Amy and her husband were very helpful in showing me how the lift works and how it would be installed prior to the purchase. I stayed at the store to watch Mario the service tech install the lift. Mario was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why, while it was being installed as well as showing me how it works. Everyone there was great to work with and I would recommend this place to everyone. FYI, the smart lift is very easy to operate. After helping my wife two times, to put the scooter into and out of the van, she can now do it herself.

I'm new to the area, and I needed a scooter to get around campus. Everyone at Mobility Plus is so helpful. They took the time to show me a variety of scooters and answered my questions. When a random incident occurred with a fuse recently, I wasn't sure what was going on, and all my family lives out of state. I called Amy who immediately came up with a plan to help. Amy, Jeff, and Mario went above and beyond to come to me, loan me a scooter, fix my scooter, and get it back to me in a matter of hours. They're kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated, and I'm so thankful and glad they're a part of this community.

This place is amazing!! I was looking for mobility equipment for my nana and they did not disappoint. The offer a wide variety of mobility scooters and stair-lifts. The store owner was really friendly and the staff was really knowledgeable. Would definitely go back again.

We recently visited Mobility Plus in Riverside to get a scooter for my 86 year old mom. Amy was wonderful! She talked us through the various options, the pros and cons, and answered numerous questions from me, my mom, my brother, my sister-in-law and my husband. She was incredibly patient, and let my mom try out a few different scooters to get the feel for them. She also swapped out a seat on the scooter we wanted to give my mom a chair that was more comfortable. My husband even asked why their prices were higher than what we could find online, and Amy's response of "you get us," was dead on. She and her husband delivered the scooter later that day - the experience was just top notch from beginning to end. I'm so happy we went to Mobility Plus and I feel completely satisfied and supported. I know if my mom has any issues with her scooter, we'll have the Mobility Plus team behind us. Thank you Amy!!!
