Dear Valued Customer,

At Mobility Plus the health and well-being of our customers are our top priority. Given the concerns around COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and to help support community health management efforts, we are suspending our showroom hours.

WE ARE OFFERING OPTIONS TO SERVE YOUR NEEDS:

- We are answering our phone between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Please call (414) 367-4004.

- During this time of uncertainty, we are making ourselves available for appointments being mindful of everyone's health and safety

- We are making home visits for sales, service, deliveries, evaluations, installations and rentals. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis regarding precautions that can be taken to practice social distancing and minimize personal contact.

- We’ve instructed team members to remain home if they have any sign of illness, and we are reinforcing preventative practices to all of our employees and vendor partners.

We believe public health is a shared responsibility and are committed to doing our part to keep our communities safe. Products for Rent

Are you interested in renting one of our Mobility Scooters, Power Chairs, Ramps, Power Lift Recliners, or even a Straight Stairlift? Our rental options help provide that temporary solution for people recovering from an injury or surgery. Renting is also a great way to test out our products and determine which product will satisfy your needs, and in many cases rent-to-own options are available.

Our rentals and delivery are available throughout Greater Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin, with drop-off and pickup services 7-days a week. Our showroom and service center in Brookfield is open Mon: Noon - 6 pm, Tues-Fri: 10 am – 6 pm, and Sat: 10 am – 2 pm for pick up or to view our products.

Renting a Power Lift Recliner is a great option for someone recovering at home from knee, hip, or other surgery. Their ability to help you safely sit, stand, and relax as you heal is invaluable. We rent a variety of Lift Chairs based on the person’s height, to maximize comfort.

Stair Lifts of Mobility Plus

Stair Lifts

We rent Straight Stairlifts that help with temporary access to different levels of a home. If you are recovering from an injury or surgery that makes the use of stairs difficult or impossible, renting a Stair Lift is often a great solution. This can also work well if you are temporarily hosting someone with mobility challenges. Stairlift rentals require an evaluation by one of our trained Mobility Consultants.

From time to time, even the highest quality mobility products may need service. We offer a wide range of maintenance services so you can stay mobile. We can service all types of mobility products, including:

  • Mobility Scooters
  • Manual Wheelchairs
  • Power Wheelchairs
  • Scooter/Chair Lifts for Autos
  • Ramps
  • Vertical Platform Lifts
  • Stair Lifts
  • Power Lift Recliners
  • and more!

We are happy to visit your home or office to perform an on-site evaluation, and in many cases perform basic maintenance services. Additionally, you are welcome to bring your mobility product to our store to get immediate help.

We offer everything from battery replacement to full service and installations of vertical platform lifts.

Battery Check

Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE. This service test is the best way to make sure your batteries are still in good working order! You can come to our location during our normal business hours for a free battery check - no appointment necessary. Our showroom and service center hours are Mon: Noon - 6 pm, Tues-Fri: 10 am – 6 pm, and Sat: 10 am – 2 pm.
Service Fee: FREE

Battery Installation

We will install your new batteries and properly dispose of your old batteries when you purchase your batteries through Mobility Plus of Greater Milwaukee. Simply stop by our showroom/service center with your equipment and old batteries, and we will install your new batteries for free!

If you’re unable to come to us—we are happy to come to you! In-home diagnostic fees will apply.
Service Fee: FREE In-Store, or $45 on-site.

In-store Diagnostic

We are mobility experts that want to use our knowledge to uncover any issues with your mobility equipment. You’re welcome to visit our showroom/service center for a quick diagnostic of your machine. We will first test your batteries for FREE to determine if that is the underlying issue. If we find that the batteries are working properly, we will perform a complete series of diagnostic tests to determine what is causing any issues with your equipment.
Service Fee: $45

In-home Diagnostic

We offer in-home diagnostic services for those who do not have the means to visit our showroom/service center. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed, we will perform field diagnostic tests to attempt to determine what is causing the issue with your equipment. If necessary, we will bring the equipment back to our service facility for additional testing and to perform necessary repairs.
Service Fee: $140
This fee includes:
1. Travel to Your Home or Office - This is a one time fee even if we have to come out multiple times for your repair or service.
2. One (1) Hour of Labor - When we arrive at your home our service hour begins so we will test your batteries, assess your repair and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor and/or parts are needed beyond the initial amount, we will inform you before incurring additional charges.
