Dear Valued Customers and Neighbors,

We here at Mobility Plus of Knoxville want you to know that your health and wellbeing are our top priority. Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) times have been hard on all. You may have noticed that you or your loved one still has needs that bring you to us. We are willing to work with you in any manner that is comforting to you.

We are currently offering different options to accommodate your needs:

  • Call anytime from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
  • Email us at Knoxville@MobilityPlus.com for a quick reply.
  • After hours and weekend appointments can be made to limit exposure.
  • We are making home visits for sales, service, deliveries, evaluations, installation and rentals.
  • All team members are instructed to stay home if they have been exposed or are showing any signs of illness.
  • We can take each customer and their situation case by case to see how we can make it work best for you to limit exposure.
  • We will be doing all we can to limit our own exposure by practicing social distancing and minimizing social contact.

Keeping the community safe and healthy is on each of us individually and we take this very seriously. We strive to do our part to keep you safe and healthy! Please allow us to support you in your MOBILITY needs!

GRAND OPENING for the month of February
Mobility Plus Knoxville Grand Opening

WE have decided due to Covid we will stretch out our Grand Opening over the whole month of February to allow all to come check us out while honoring social distancing.

Mobility Plus is excited to be in Knoxville, TN. We are so glad to be assisting our local neighbors, friends, and family with their mobility needs. Our showroom is set up so you can test scooters, ramps, stairlifts, lift chairs and more. We can also sit and explore other ways we may be able to assist you or your loved ones with new mobility products. The market is always changing and improving and we strive to stay aware. Mobility Plus also specializes in repairs and rentals. We will do all we can so you and your loved ones can stay safe at home and go where you want to go!

Are you interested in renting one of our Mobility Scooters, Wheel Chairs, Knee Rollator, Crutches, Walkers, Power Chairs, Ramps or even a Straight Stairlift? Our rental options help provide that temporary solution for people recovering from an injury or surgery. Renting is also a great way to test out our products and determine which product will satisfy your needs, and in many cases rent-to-own options are available. Services and Repairs Center

We offer a wide range of maintenance services to help you stay mobile from battery replacement to installations. We can visit your work, home, or you can even bring us the product for maintenance in the store for immediate help. We can service all types of mobility products, including:

Battery Check

Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE. This service test is the best way to make sure your batteries are still in good working order! You can come to our location during our normal business hours for a free battery check - no appointment necessary. Our showroom and service center hours are: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Battery Installation

We will install your new batteries and properly dispose of your old batteries when you purchase your batteries through Mobility Plus of Knoxville. Simply stop by our showroom/service center with your equipment and old batteries, and we will install your new batteries for free!
If you’re unable to come to us—we are happy to come to you! In-home diagnostic fees will apply.

In-store Diagnostic

We are mobility experts that want to use our knowledge to uncover any issues with your mobility equipment. You’re welcome to visit our showroom/service center for a quick diagnostic of your machine. We will first test your batteries for FREE to determine if that is the underlying issue. If we find that the batteries are working properly, we will perform a complete series of diagnostic tests to determine what is causing any issues with your equipment. Please call for FEE schedule for diagnostic testing.

In-home Diagnostic

We offer in-home diagnostic services for those who do not have the means to visit our showroom/service center. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed, we will perform field diagnostic tests to attempt to determine what is causing the issue with your equipment. If necessary, we will bring the equipment back to our service facility for additional testing and to perform necessary repairs. Please call for FEE schedule for in-home diagnostic testing.
