Good selection and hands down, the best customer service ever. Pricing was fair, but it was Misty who compelled us to seal the deal with Mobility Plus. From the moment we walked in the door, she was welcoming, attentive, and kind. You could tell it was sincere, not just what she did to make a sale. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and we learned great deal talking with her. She listened carefully to us and she asked good questions. She did not pressure, nor rush us. She made sure the recliner was the right fit. I never thought anyone could make preparing for a major surgery fun - but Misty did. She made us laugh, while helping us figure out what would work best for us. We left Mobility Plus feeling fortunate we found them.

Excellent customer service and truly knowledgeable. Based on my accident, they also delivered a wheelchair knowing I would need one even before I did. It’s like borrowing equipment from your neighbor.

Stay away from this company. He started out great… Sold u a scooter and a lift for my car. Gave him 25.00 cash to get an extra key since it only came with one key and never got it. Sent a different scooter for repairs that never worked and had him test it … told him to make sure whatever was wrong with it would fix the problem that I didn’t want to fix one item just to find out oops..: now something else needs to be fixed. At same time ordered a new lift for my rv he told me it would arrive in plenty of time for my trip. It did not so I had to miss the family vacation. And u guessed it … the scooter i put in for repairs still does not work because he didn’t test the battery! So now I lay out a ton of money for a new battery or trash the darn scooter. We r looking elsewhere to buy two chair lifts for our home.

I cannot say enough great things about this company and do it justice! My husband suffered a stroke and needed numerous items to aid in his recovery. Every single thing that I asked for was provided in a timely manner (as soon as was possible). Darrin was extremely helpful walking me through all available items, many of which I did not know even existed! He remained in constant contact with me throughout the entire procedure. We even purchased a custom stairlift and Darrin was present throughout the installation process and for any problems we had afterwards. (The problems had nothing to do with the installation!) He is still stepping up to meet all our needs for anything that comes up. I honestly do not know how I would have maneuvered my way through this without him. Darrin is an individual of high integrity and honesty that will go the extra mile to ensure that you have what you need.

Our showroom and service center are in Frederick, CO at 3540 Highway 52, Suite E3. Mobility Plus sells, rents and services a variety of mobility scooters and scooter lifts, stairlifts, ramps, power chairs, power lift chairs, walkers, rollators, wheelchairs and accessories. Our company also performs modifications to bathrooms to make them safer and accessible for our clients.

Owner Darrin Witten has had his own personal mobility issues and after spinal fusion surgery in 2019, when he experienced the personal challenges of recovery with regard to mobility. “When you are suffering from degenerative disease or the aftermath of injury or surgery, having someone you can rely on for assistance is critical.” Mobility Plus consultants provide guidance to find the perfect mobility solution based on your individual needs. We can meet you in a comfortable showroom environment in Frederick or we can come to your home for FREE HOME EVALUATION.
