Can’t say enough about the customer service above and beyond that Sam provides. When deciding on a lift chair for my husband, I expressed an interest in a color that he didn’t have in stock. When I returned to the store with my husband, Sam had ordered the chair not even knowing if we would actually return to purchase the chair. He wanted to have it for us quickly if we wanted it. Thank you, again, Sam.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My friend needed new batteries for his wheelchair and Sam was so nice and helpful. He even installed the batteries for us while we waited and talked with us and my friend. Great place!

It is an excellent place to purchase new and used mobility products. The owner Sam Parrot is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the equipment he sells. I purchased a used gogo scooter sport, and I just love it. Part of purchasing the scooter was will it fit in my car and Sam worked with me to disassemble and put it in the back of my Chevy Trax. Sam Parrott is the owner, manager, sales person, And now my Good friend.

Excellent service from start to finish! Sam was very helpful in choosing a lift chair. When the chair was delivered to my home it was delivered with care. Sam made sure everything worked and the chair was placed where I wanted it. I can not say enough about this place. Sam was so wonderful. So kind and caring. We rented a scooter from him for my mom to get to go to the fair. From talking on the phone to picking up and even bringing back the scooter he was so kind. Spent time showing me how to take apart. If you ever want a place to buy or just rent a scooter look no farther. Sam thank you!
