My daughter is a student at High Point University and uses a mobility scooter to get around campus. Her battery died and she was struggling to get to her classes. Andrea saved the day by quickly getting the correct replacement at the supplier, installing it, and then delivering it to her on campus within a few hours. She went out of her way to make a stressful situation have a happy ending! I am so appreciative and relieved that my daughter was taken care of both professionally and personally. Well done! They said they did not carry them. The people here are very helpful and polite.
Mobility Plus had a very friendly and helpful young woman who cared for me. While being so, it wasn’t helpful that they don’t work with Medicare. I understand why. They only had two knee scooters, one All Terrain (which I did not need). I chose the basic model. The most important part though, is that they do not work with Medicare insurance Rx’s. They do have a lot of cool items for people with mobility issues worse that mine.
Jim is a honest man who will go above and beyond to help meet your or your loved ones personal needs. As a therapist, safety in the home is the most important way to stay healthy, independent, and trips to and from the hospital. To address independence and safety needs I would recommend getting in contact with him.
