I'm Stoddard, and I live mobility and access everyday. When my wife Kelly lost most of her ability to walk, our lives were turned upside down. We got Kelly a wheelchair through insurance, and it was the coldest process imaginable. She was profit, not a person. So when we found Mobility Plus, I found my mission in life: to provide mobility solutions that treat the customer with dignity, respect, and kindness.
At Mobility Plus Indianapolis West, we understand the weight of the caretaker's role and aim to lighten that load with compassionate, effective solutions.
For easy navigation to our location, use Google Maps and choose the
route entering the business district from the west. Avoid using Sam
Jones from the East, as signs for Executive Way are hard to see.
Excellent service from start to finish. Scooter was at our hotel upon arrival and communication was top notch. The scooter size worked well for my husband with no issues what so ever. Thank you for a great product and superb service.

I can't thank Mobility Plus Indianapolis enough. I called different scooter and bike repair shops for days to have my daughter's new scooter assembled and they all told me they couldn't do it, they didn't even accepted to see the scooter, (Just assemble it). Until I called Mobility Plus and spoke to Stoddard, he had no problem agreeing to have me bring the scooter to his shop to see if he could help me, and he did.
His vast knowledge and experience helped me solve my problem and get my 10 year old daughter's new scooter assembled. She will now have her Christmas present ready to go thanks to this company, thanks to Stoddard's kindness and talent. And for not turning me away from the first phone contact like the other companies in West Indianapolis did. My daughter and I are so, so grateful.

I needed a battery for my mobility scooter and called Mobility Plus. He was so nice and very helpful on the phone, seemed very knowledgeable. That was an understatement. Stoddard was the sweetest person. He didn’t have the batteries I needed in stock so while we were there he went to pick up the batteries and replaced them. Stoddard knows all there is to know in regards to mobility scooters and even gave us a little back story on how he became a dealer of mobility scooters! I really appreciated all he did and he got me rolling again. This shop is very nice and clean and smells amazing. Call Stoddard for all your mobility needs, they also have chairs, beds etc….. Mobility Plus is my go to place from now on!!! Thanks Stoddard!!

I had bought tickets to a concert months in advance when it was decided that I needed a stent and bypass done. It was planned 2 weeks before the concert. I decided to look into renting a scooter. I just want to say what a pleasure it was to work with these guys. They took care of me showed me how to assemble it and how to break it down. The staff was the nicest and their prices were so reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone needing any kind of assistance from wheelchairs to lift chairs and all in between.

Stoddard and his wife were great partners as we planned our trip to Indianapolis. The communication process up front made us feel prepared and ready for the scooter needs to cover our trip. During pickup process, Stoddard and his wife went over the usage of the scooter so my wife would be comfortable riding and let me know how to pack and unpack the scooter for our travels. The returns process was smooth.
While in the shop, they answered all the questions on every other mobility device that my wife found interesting and needed some more details.
Overall, it was a great experience with the owners willing to spend as much time with us as we needed for our scooter needs.
I will be sure to use their services again when we return to Indianapolis.
