Job Description

Looking for individuals dedicated to improving quality of life and empowering individuals to thrive wherever they live. A Field Service Technician will make a difference in the lives of our customers by evaluating, installing, repairing, and maintaining mobility equipment and solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair mobility equipment.
  • Access Ramp evaluation and installations.
  • Schedule and conduct customer visits.
  • Demonstrate safe usage of equipment to customers.
  • Build a positive rapport with customers.
  • Obtain referrals for new customers.
  • Embrace and uphold company quality and service standards.
  • Maintain company standards of excellence and ethics.
  • Provide suggestions for additional new equipment or upgrade existing equipment.
  • Source and order parts.

Job Requirements

  • Attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Basic mechanical skills.
  • Proficiency with basic tools.
  • Basic understanding and application of electronics.
  • Basic understanding and use of a multimeter/ohm meter.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma.
  • Experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Valid DL and Reliable transportation.
  • Customer service/sales experience preferred but not required.
