Mobility Plus Manatee

I am disabled and currently I own a Baja Wrangler purchased from Sam at Mobility Plus not only was the price very good the teachers discount was a no brainer. I do not drive and use my scooter exclusively for groceries and other needs, today’s haircut being one of them. I have driven over 800 miles this year, the critical part SERVICE, on 4 separate occasions I have needed service and Sam the technician at Mobility has been there. I am very frugal and will need another scooter at some point, the biggest problem that has been eliminated is the store I know where I am going. Thank you

I rented a scooter here for my mom here to take on our trip to Disney during the 4th of July. The lady who helped us was beyond helpful! She showed me how to break it down and put it together and helped me get it in the car. It was also very cheap compared to places in Orlando. We will be using them for now on when we go to Disney or any outdoor festival or museum. I highly recommend ????????

Our family rented a scooter for the day for our 90 year old dad to get him out on his birthday. Best gift ever! He had such a blast and was able to maneuver around with ease. (Requested a scooter more often to get out more.) It was affordable, clean, and simple to take apart/put together for travel to fit in any size vehicle. The owners are amazing and helpful and I highly recommend Mobility Plus Manatee to anyone needing their services!

I was interested in getting a lift for my small mobility scooter. I didn't want one on the back of my car because that would have made it difficult to utilize the cargo area of my small SUV. I had done some research and found one that I thought would work best for me, but it was only available for order online. I called Mobility Plus and LaNette called and investigated for me; ordered it and Samuel installed it for me very quickly. They were great to work with. I'm very happy and would work with them again.

I first came across them when I was getting ready to leave my intensive therapy program. I needed to leave with a wheelchair and the program found a wheelchair place for me to look at. I ordered a chair in the next day they told me it was impossible and that I couldn't have it for at least a week. I needed it in two days so that was not going to work for me. my husband found Mobility Plus doing a Google search. We called them and they bent over backwards to make it work. I had a wonderful power chair delivered to me at my facility within a few hours! I had an issue with it once within a few months and they came To my house to fix it right away! A few months ago, they did a full check and tweaked everything and made everything work like new and fixed a few things I was having issues with. Fast-forward to today. When I left therapy the facility also provided a contact who provided me with a rental hospital bed to use. This week it broke. I called the company immediately. They told me they could have someone there the next day. I asked if they could be any sooner they said it could not when they came the next day it was later in the afternoon the part they had brought was incorrect, and it wouldn't work, the technician told me that he would be back the next day. I asked this anyway to come that day he said he would try but definitely by the day after. Fast forward to the next day and I called and called and called and called leaving messages. No one ever called me back and no one ever showed up , I finally got a hold of somebody today and was told the manager was going to order the part they needed later in the conversation she told me that the manager had ordered the part that I needed but it was going to take over a week to get the part in and there was nothing else that they can do. I was frustrated I was hurting and I was upset. I immediately thought of my friends at Mobility Plus and they came through again as I sit here posting this they are delivering my new bed. At least I'll be able to sleep tonight. If you ever have any mobility needs, they do ramps they do power chairs, wheelchairs beds, CPAP machines I think and everything else you could possibly think of they are the ones to go to. They are extremely helpful. They are locally owned and I give them five stars.
