Job Responsibilities

Your primary role will be to support both the Oro Valley showroom and the Marana showroom, as well as clients in the surrounding areas, while learning all functions of Mobility Plus. You may occasionally support the Tucson showroom as needed. While this position is not a management role, it will provide you with the opportunity to gain expertise in all aspects of Mobility Plus operations and prepare for future leadership opportunities in our company.

You will be responsible for learning the sales functions of Mobility Plus by:

  • Providing 5-star client service and expert mobility consultation in the showroom and on the phone
  • Being knowledgeable on all of our products and services
  • Guiding clients to appropriate products based on their needs
  • Demonstrating features of all of our products
  • Articulating the value proposition of our products and services to clients
  • Ensuring the proper forms are completed with every rental
  • Ringing up clients at the register, takes payments, and print receipts
  • Understanding and adhering to all policies and procedures including discounts, refunds, and deliveries
  • Helping clients load and unload products from their vehicles
  • Maintaining showrooms, products, and displays in a clean, orderly, and visually creative way

You will be responsible for learning the service and repair functions of Mobility Plus by:

  • Providing 5-star client service in the showroom and in their homes
  • Testing batteries and replacing batteries as needed
  • Troubleshooting and repairing mobility equipment as needed
  • Delivering and setting up durable medical equipment (DME)
  • Driving to client's home to take measurements and photos for mobility equipment
  • Driving to client's home to install grab bars and other mobility equipment
  • Taking pictures of and receiving signatures for verification of completed jobs
  • Ensuring the proper forms are completed with every delivery, service, and repair
  • Receiving deliveries (unpack, inventory, assemble, cleanup, and stage products)

You will be responsible for learning the leadership functions of Mobility Plus by:

  • Providing 5-star client service and expert mobility consultation in the showroom, on the phone, and over digital platforms (email and text)
  • Arriving early and staying late as needed
  • Ensuring the showroom is open and ready for business as scheduled
  • Ensuring the showroom is closed properly and ready to be opened the next business day
  • Ensuring the showroom is free of hazards and a safe environment for staff and clients
  • Recovers and resolves negative client service experiences and regains client loyalty
  • Conducts regular inventory counts and resolves any discrepancies
  • Assists, covers, and fills in for all positions in all locations as required
  • Supports decisions made by the leadership team
  • Developing excellent phone skills, computer skills, and mobile device skills
  • Developing excellent computer program and mobile app skills including Microsoft Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Square

Working schedule

This is a full-time hourly position supporting both our Oro Valley showroom and our Marana showroom requiring approximately 40-46 hours per Monday through Saturday. You may occasionally support the Tucson showroom as needed.
