Our goal is to provide you with the best customer experience possible. We will inspect, maintain and repair your mobility equipment at our location or at your home at your convenience. Our trained professionals will replace your battery and charger in no time to keep you on the go.
- Bring your batteries or the whole machine to our showroom, we will check your batteries for FREE.
- No appointment is necessary.
- If you're unable to come to us—we are happy to come to you, in-home diagnostic fees will apply.
- We provide FREE group tune-up clinics at your assisted or independent living facility to check batteries & adjust rollator brakes. Nashville and surrounding area Facility activity directors can call (615) 669-4162 to schedule an onsite clinic.
Service Fee: FREE
- We install new batteries purchased in our showroom for FREE.
- We properly dispose of your old battery for FREE.
- We perform in-home removal of old batteries and replacement with new batteries - * In-Home Service Fee applies.
Service Fee: FREE In-Store / $55 on-site (within 20 miles of our showroom)
- Please bring your scooter, power wheelchair, rollator or other mobility product to us for service!
- We charge $30 for an initial assessment of the problem. If you decide to proceed with service, we will deduct the initial $30 charge from your balance.
- Complex repairs may require several days, but we will work hard to fix your equipment as quickly as possible.
- We service all NEW equipment purchased from us FREE for one year (or for the life of the warranty item).
- We happily service equipment purchased elsewhere if we can source parts for it. Service plans available for purchase!
- Our labor rate is $95 per hour with a 1-hour minimum.
- Heavy item? Let us pick up or return your in-store service item for $55! (within 20 miles of our showroom)

- $90 trip charge for in-home service beyond 20 miles, and up to 40 miles from our showroom.
- $125 trip charge for in-home service beyond 40 miles, and up to 60 miles from our showroom.
- Any additional repair fees will be assessed based on cost of parts and labor required.
- We provide FREE white glove delivery on purchases of $500 or more within 20 miles of our showroom.
- We charge a $55.00 delivery fee for all purchases under $500.00 within 20 miles of our showroom.
- We charge $125.00 delivery fee for all purchases under $500.00 more than 20 miles from our showroom.
- We will gladly haul away used mobility equipment at no additional cost when delivering new purchases, FREE Service.
