I went in to purchase a mobility scooter for my mom; Tom and Steve were great to work with. They were through and professional, and I never felt pressured. This location of Mobility Plus is family owned and operated and I the top notch service I received feels like something from a bygone era. Highly recommend.
Could not be more pleased with the service from the team at Mobility Plus Milwaukee. My father Jim was concerned about the batteries in his scooter and the owner (I think Steve?) found time to travel to his apartment within a couple of days, confirm the battery issue, replace the batteries and even showed him an easier location on the scooter to charge from. All for a very very reasonable price. Everyone I spoke to there was so helpful and accommodating. Cannot recommend highly enough and I know where we will be going when my dad wants to upgrade. Thank you!!!!!
We visited 3 other places, but these folks seem the most knowledgeable about what we needed/wanted. We order 2 stair lifts with one being an automatic turn/foot rest raiser. They were nice enough to tell us a newer model of that chair was coming out, so they put in the manual till the new one came and then installed it.
If you're thinking about buying a mobility device online -- Don't. Mobility Plus gives you the opportunity you must have to touch, feel, operate, and get expert advice to make the best selection to fit your individual needs. Steve and crew clearly have your best interest as the first priority. If you want, you can research online until you're overwhelmed with the myriad choices, but come to Mobility Plus to purchase the choice that's best for you. Then you can drive away with a fully assembled and charged unit with local service and support.
Update: After the excellent service for the scooter, we had Mobility Plus install a stair lift in our home. The installation was done by Steve and son in a mere three hours and has worked flawlessly since. The work was done cleanly and professionally, and as before, with our best interest as their top priority. Highly recommended.
I needed a power recliner to use for sleeping after my surgery. I stopped in the Mobility Plus Milwaukee showroom. They showed my the Pride Radiance Power Lift Recliner and demonstrated all the features. They delivered and set-up this recliner the day before my surgery. For just over 6 weeks, I used this recliner for sitting and sleeping. The lift feature really helped make it easier for me to get out of the chair. The heat feature came in handy on the cold nights. Everything is adjustable, the legs, the back the headrest and the lumbar. I had no problem finding the right position for sleeping.
Today, they picked up the Pride Radiance Power Lift Recliner. Everybody I dealt with at Mobility Plus, on the phone or in person, from demonstration, delivery and set-up to pick-up were great.
I highly recommend Mobility Plus. I will be contacting them again for this power lift recliner for my future surgery.
