Mobility Plus Marietta, GA

My 89 yr old mother needed a scooter in a hurry to enable a foot ulcer to heal. Scooter she was using died within 2 weeks and the company was slow to respond. She was confined to her apartment. After my brother went to check what Mobility Plus had, I bought the scooter over the phone. The people at this store were fantastic. They were unable to deliver it the next day so she had to wait a couple more days. Delivered right to her door and the technician went through everything with her and made her test drive it before he left. They also delivered a box so we could send the dead scooter back. They offer emergency service on their equipment so I feel so much better that she will not be stuck again. She loves her new scooter. Goes faster (yikes), smaller turn radius, better seat. Would recommend this store for any mobility needs.

I rented a 4 wheel scooter for my grandmother to use for a week about a month ago. Reserving the scooter through the website was very simple. I had many questions and called the store to ask questions. The lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and polite. My fiance picked up the scooter at the store, they thorough explained how to use it and it worked great! The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely be using their services in the future. ❤️

We are rarely in your area, but we went to apply for our Homestead exemption & then went to the Dollar Tree, & then I saw your store with "Mobility" on it & I was curious so came to check ✔️ it out! Vanita was very helpful & knowledgeable about all your products! She showed us the Nova Dragon Fold & Go Rise Up Rollator & she was concerned about me hunching over my ambulator because it hurts my back! We purchased the ambulator! I believe it was "Divine Providence" that we found your extraordinary ✨️ store, & also Vanita being an extraordinary sales person! She helped my husband make the ambulator fit in our 🚗, & we really appreciated her kindness & being so friendly 💖! She also gave us a card if we ever had any needs or concerns!

Rented a transport chair for my husband. They were very helpful in getting me the right one for his size. Renting was fast and easy. The tutorial on use was very helpful. They are very customer oriented. Answered all my questions Would highly recommend this business.

So thankful for this store! They were open on a Saturday and so helpful with products we had to have unexpectedly. Highly recommend and we will return as other items needed.
