My 89 yr old mother needed a scooter in a hurry to enable a foot ulcer to heal. Scooter she was using died within 2 weeks and the company was slow to respond. She was confined to her apartment. After my brother went to check what Mobility Plus had, I bought the scooter over the phone. The people at this store were fantastic. They were unable to deliver it the next day so she had to wait a couple more days. Delivered right to her door and the technician went through everything with her and made her test drive it before he left. They also delivered a box so we could send the dead scooter back. They offer emergency service on their equipment so I feel so much better that she will not be stuck again. She loves her new scooter. Goes faster (yikes), smaller turn radius, better seat. Would recommend this store for any mobility needs.
Henry and Marley were very good to us. We needed a wheelchair ramp, and after much discussion we decided on an electric wheelchair that suited our needs better than the ramp. They made the experience enjoyable and worked with us on everything that we needed.
I needed a recliner lift chair for a month following my husband’s knee replacement- Mobility Plus was very responsive and was able to send out the chair the next day. Venita was very helpful, great communication. Delivery guys were also very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend!
The owner Henry and his staff provided exceptional customer service. They were prompt, clear on procedures and so helpful. You place the order online. The scooters they provided in great condition, came with instructions, charger, keys. They can fit in SUV or truck so very convenient. They went above and beyond, I would definitely use them again.
