Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mobility equipment.
- Access Ramp evaluation and installations.
- Schedule and conduct customer visits.
- Demonstrate safe usage of equipment to customers.
- Build a positive rapport with customers.
- Obtain referrals for new customers.
- Embrace and uphold company quality and service standards.
- Maintain company standards of excellence and ethics.
- Provide suggestions for additional new equipment or upgrade existing equipment.
- Source and order parts.
Job Requirements
- Attention to detail.
- Critical thinking.
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Proficiency with basic tools.
- Basic understanding and application of electronics.
- Basic understanding and use of a multimeter/ohm meter.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Valid DL and Reliable transportation.
- Customer service/sales experience preferred but not required.
