Did you know that U.S. Fair Housing Laws protect homeowners who need access to their homes? Your HOA may require that the ramp design be submitted to the board, and that homeowners sign a form committing to returning the property to its' original state if the home is sold (easy with aluminum modular ramps!). A modular ramp system does not require permitting, and is a tangible asset that can be sold when it is no longer needed! Our customer was thrilled to have his ramp in place for Santa to arrive.
