Mary and Stephanie were a joy to deal with when I recently purchased a scooter for my rheumatoid arthritis. I was even greeted with a hug! Stephanie was very patient as she waited for me to make a decision once she presented me with the options. She was very knowledgeable about the products they carry and willing to find out if there was something she didn't know. Mary helped me figure out the financial end of things since this was no small purchase. I feel like I got a very good product at a great price and I know that buying local will mean they are here to help if I have any problems.
