3. Monitoring and Enforcement

Mobility Plus reserves the right to take the following actions in response to prohibited form activity:

  • Log and review IP addresses, submission times, and content patterns
  • Automatically block or flag suspicious submissions
  • Restrict or terminate access to the website for violating users or IPs
  • Report abuse to appropriate internet service providers (ISPs) or hosting services

Initiate legal action under applicable federal and state laws, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and relevant civil statutes

4. Platform Responsibility

HyperSense Software, as the platform provider, is responsible for maintaining the technical infrastructure, data integrity, and security protocols of this website. In order to safeguard the platform from abuse, HyperSense Software utilizes third-party applications and security tools to detect, analyze, and filter malicious or suspicious form submissions, including but not limited to spam, automated entries, and content patterns associated with abuse.


While HyperSense Software handles the detection and filtering mechanisms, all submitted data is reviewed and managed by Mobility Plus, the business entity using the platform. Any incidents involving misuse of the form may be addressed by either HyperSense Software or Mobility Plus, depending on the nature and scope of the violation.


5. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using this website, you agree that any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising from or related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Illinois, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

HyperSense Software and Mobility Plus each reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or its forms constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
