You can either bring your mobility device into a nearby location, or we can come to your home or office (for an additional fee). Visit any showroom during business hours with your batteries or entire device for a free check. Call your local store ahead of time to check with them on service details. We'll test your batteries to make sure they're functioning properly.
Purchase batteries in a participating store, and we'll install them for you—plus, we'll dispose of your old batteries responsibly. If you're unable to visit, we can come to you for an additional fee. Contact your local store for details.
Stop by any of our showrooms for a diagnostic on your mobility product. We'll start by checking your battery for free. If that's not the issue, we'll use our expertise and resources to further assess the problem.
We'll come to your home or office to diagnose the issue. We begin by testing your battery, then proceed with a full diagnosis using the same portable tools we use in-store.
