We had a great experience working with Mobility Plus. We were shopping for the best mobility options for both of my parents in their 80's. Their showroom had many models to see and ready to "test drive" which made a big difference in our decision process. Their representative was very kind and patient and did a great job explaining all the details.

I help my sister with my mother's care. Recently we needed to purchase her a wheelchair so she could get around her care facility. I honestly found Mobility Plus Alpharetta via a Google search. They had great reviews so I gave them a call. The process could not have been easier. Jennica carefully explained the various types, sent me brochures and gave me enough information to make an informed decision. We bought it and they dropped it off to her the day we bought it. A month or so later, Mom's facility let us know it was time to consider a "hospital" bed, so the staff could get her in and out of it more easily. Mobility Plus to the rescue again. Again, Jennica gave me the various options and provided brochures. My sister and I made the choice and we scheduled delivery of the bed. Could not have been easier. They brought the bed and they were in and out in no time. Uh oh! Four months later the cord on the bed was reported to us as "broken" . I called Jennica and she had someone to look at it the same day. As it turns out, the cord simply had a bent prong, so they had it resolved within 5 hours of my initial call. They are the best! (pro tip: the enhanced service plan made this happen at no additional charge to us) We never want to think of getting these things for our loved ones, but if you find yourself needing them; call Mobility Plus Alpharetta-- they are amazing.

When I first moved to Johns Creek I needed repair work done on my lift chair. Mobility Plus came to my home and fixed my chair. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. I was thrilled to have found such a wonderful company! I discussed purchasing a mobile scooter with Scott, and said I would be back to do business with them in the future! Well, the future arrived! It was time to buy a scooter as my mobility was becoming more and more limited. I went to Mobility Plus of Alpharetta, met with Jennica Holt (a lovely, professional, knowledgeable young lady). She listened to what I was interested in, directed me toward approximately 5 models of scooter and helped me test them on site. She paid close attention to my needs, my concerns, and my price range. I settled on one Pride model, and then decided to come back in a few days when another Pride model arrived. That's what I did, and the new model was perfect for me! I bought it on the spot, it was delivered later that day, and now I'm independently "rolling" around my area, participating with my friends, enjoying activities daily, and feeling wonderful! This scooter has definitely affected and improved the QUALITY of my daily life! OUTSTANDING!! Please do your shopping at Mobility Plus of Alpharetta for all of your mobility needs. I recently broke my leg and needed personal transport in order to attend a wedding. I contacted Mobility Plus Atlanta and arranged for a shout term rental. Service was excellent, the product rented works exceptionally well and the end to end experience was outstanding. The staff was outstanding.
