We purchased a Travel Buddy electric wheelchair from Dustin at Mobility Plus yesterday, and although I can’t rate the chair just yet, I can definitely say the service was excellent. Dustin is very friendly, knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time trying to help us decide which chair best suited my needs. I have ridden the chair only around in my yard and in the store so far, but I think it is going to be exactly right for my needs. His co-worker, John, was also very nice and friendly and I enjoyed talking with him as well. You won’t find better people than this to help you with your mobility aids. They have much more than just scooters and wheelchairs. Go check them out!! You won’t be disappointed!!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dustin is the epitome of great customer service and he's just a really good guy who genuinely cares and looks out for his customers, even when the purchase was a year ago. Dustin went above and beyond to help my mom find the perfect wheelchair and other mobility aids. He's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about his customers. My Mom is so much more comfortable and independent now, thanks to their personalized service Dustin continues to give to her and our family. I don't write reviews very often but I do when the level of service is warranted. I wouldn't go anywhere else for mom's mobility needs, even if they paid me.

Dustin was so super sweet and accommodating. I rented a mobility scooter for a few hours. I will most definitely be back to buy me a mobility scooter from Dustin. He makes you feel like family.

This was one of the most friendliest and nicest group of people I have ever met in my life! They were closing early for veterans holiday but we were not making it to their store until after closing time and he stayed and waited on us to arrive! Not only did he do that, on Sundays they don’t open at all, but since we were heading from LSU game back home, he told me to give him a call and he would meet us so we could return scooter! They went above and beyond the call of duty and because of that, they have a life time customer and I will definitely be sending business their way as well! If I could rate 10 stars, they would have 20 ????????
