Hello! I was over at Mobility Plus today and was looking for an electric folding chair and I found one there ! I'm so excited about my scooter and the friendly couple that works there . They were super nice and so helpful at what I needed and wanted . They also were very helpful in regards of my disability and size that they recommend one chair over the one I was looking at because the one I got was more comfortable! My experience with Mobility Plus was excellent. The Home Access Consultant was courteous, listened to my explanation of what I needed and provided input. After listening and accessing, he provided and installed ramps to fit my situation. My project was completed in a timely manner and I am well pleased with the results.
Angie, Tim & the rest of the staff at Mobility Plus in Millbrook helped me find the perfect lift chair for my size/needs. They are all very kind, patient, helpful & knowledgeable. They took their time with me while explaining & demonstrating the different functions available on all the lift chairs and after I chose the best one for me they explained the warranty information for each brand of chair which was reassuring; they stand by their products. I was relieved to find out they have a couple different financing options & monthly payment tiers in order to make the purchase affordable. During the few moments I was waiting to be set up for financing I noticed all the different types of equipment they have available onsite, scooters, wheelchairs, transport chairs, medical devices of many different types & colors, medical supplies for keeping wounds or surgical sites dry while showing, safety bars, toilet risers, safety steps & ramps, several types of chair cushions, the list is extensive & it is extremely helpful to be able to find everything one needs for medical purposes in one place without having to go all over town or having order it & wait forever to get it. All of their equipment is durable, medical grade equipment, no junky stuff and they stand by their products! I’m so glad to have found one of the best medical supply stores I’ve ever seen & ran by nice, caring & understanding people so close to home!! I will definitely be shopping there for any future medical equipment needs and will tell all my family & friends that Mobility Plus in Millbrook is the only place to visit when in need of durable medical equipment. They are A+++++!????
