This project focused on installing a Liberty Series aluminum ramp system at the home of a local couple to create a safe and accessible entryway.
Customer Story & Needs
The husband’s mobility had gradually worsened over the past year, making it increasingly difficult for him to enter and exit their home safely. The couple first visited our showroom at the beginning of the year to explore lightweight, folding powerchair options. About six months later, they contacted us again to schedule a Showroom on Wheels visit and a ramp assessment for their home.
During the visit, we demonstrated three different folding powerchairs and discussed ramp options that would best fit their home layout. After reviewing the choices, they selected a new Jazzy Carbon Powerchair for its portability and ease of use — and asked if we could install their ramp the very next day.
Installation Process
