Very quick installation of ramp. Willing to install a custom mod to improve safety, not part of original installation. Said they are willing to buy back a used ramp. Took the effort to call County and get them to reverse their prior guidance that permit was required.

I absolutely can’t find enough kind words! From the moment I called Mobility Plus to inquire about a scooter two day rental. To returning the unit on a Sunday when the business is closed. The manager Monique meet me at the store on a Sunday to turn the unit off on her day off. That is going above and beyond! She always communicated and checked in to make sure I was pleased with the scooter and it was working properly. She was professional and so kind. This is the cleanest scooter I have ever rented ! I have rented from many companies in FL, NC, VA, TN WV. This scooter was so clean. I can say I would 10/10 recommend and I will use this company with all my future events.
