Battery Check
Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE to make sure they are in perfect working order! You can come to our location during business hours for a free battery check - no appointment necessary.
Service Fee: FREE
Battery Installation
When you purchase your batteries through us while in our showroom and service center, we will install your new battery and properly dispose of your old battery. If you’re unable to come to us, we are happy to come to you, though our in-home diagnostic fees will apply.
Service Fee: $25 with in-store battery purchase / $75 if batteries were not purchased from us
In-store Diagnostic
You're welcome to come visit our showroom and service center for a diagnostic of your medical mobility product. First, we will test your battery for free, then if the battery isn't the issue, we will perform diagnostic testing.
Service Fee: $150/hr (billed per quarter hour after the first hour)
In-home Diagnostic
We will come to your home or office to diagnose the issue. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed, we will perform the same level of service as one of our in-store diagnostics with portable computers and diagnostic tools.
Service Fee: $150/hr (includes travel time, billed per quarter hour after the first hour)
Disinfect and Sanitize
Service Fee: In-Store: Flat Rate $85, In-Home: Flate Rate $150

We offer free in-home assessments for Stairlifts, Modular Ramps, Grab Bars, Vehicle Lifts, and Vertical Platform Lifts! Our certified technicians will come to your home and discuss these options with you, and can perform the installation that best suits your needs! My experience with Mobility Plus was fantastic. When I purchased a stair lift for our home in Columbia, they came out to do the measurements for the chair lift so that it would fit properly on our staircase. As soon as the stairlift arrived I notified Mobility Plus and within 10 minutes it was scheduled to be installed in two days. Rodney, Devyn and Liam were the install team and they were great, you could tell that they knew what they were doing, they did it efficiently and with very little disturbance to the rest of the house. I highly recommend Mobility Plus.

Outstanding service and quality people! After my wife broke her leg and could not make it up stairs into our house, we needed a temporary ramp installed. The team from Mobility Plus were sincerely great—from the first telephone contact, to scheduling the installation, to the removal of the ramp when the need was over. Everything was done with professionalism and courtesy. And the aluminum ramp was *exactly* what we needed, and was installed in a couple hours. This company is my new go-to for medical supply needs.

I was finally contacted via email by Ms. Monique over the weekend, and assured she would call on Monday and she did call. She was very helpful, happy to answer any questions, set up my reservation and has communicated with me several times just to make sure I am informed and aware of use of the mobility scooter. I will update after the rental, but as phenomenal as communication has been I can't imagine any issues. I highly recommend!! Thank you
