Outstanding service and quality people! After my wife broke her leg and could not make it up stairs into our house, we needed a temporary ramp installed. The team from Mobility Plus were sincerely great—from the first telephone contact, to scheduling the installation, to the removal of the ramp when the need was over. Everything was done with professionalism and courtesy. And the aluminum ramp was *exactly* what we needed, and was installed in a couple hours. This company is my new go-to for medical supply needs.

I was finally contacted via email by Ms. Monique over the weekend, and assured she would call on Monday and she did call. She was very helpful, happy to answer any questions, set up my reservation and has communicated with me several times just to make sure I am informed and aware of use of the mobility scooter. My experience with Mobility Plus was fantastic. When I purchased a stair lift for our home in Columbia, they came out to do the measurements for the chair lift so that it would fit properly on our staircase. As soon as the stairlift arrived I notified Mobility Plus and within 10 minutes it was scheduled to be installed in two days. Rodney, Devyn and Liam were the install team and they were great, you could tell that they knew what they were doing, they did it efficiently and with very little disturbance to the rest of the house.
