We are here to help you with any maintenance or service you may need. You can bring us your scooter, wheelchair, lift or any other mobility products you may have. If you are not able to come to us, we can go to you.

We offer everything from battery replacement to full service and installations of mobility lifts.

Battery Check

Battery Check

Bring in your batteries or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries. This is the best way to make sure they are still working properly. You can visit us during normal business hours for a battery check. No appointment necessary.
Service Fee: FREE
Battery Installation

Battery Installation

When you purchase your batteries from us, we will install your new batteries and properly dispose of your old ones. If you are unable to come to us, we can come to you. In-home diagnostic fee will apply.

In-store Diagnostic

In-store Diagnostic

When it comes to mobility solutions, we know everything that is needed. We have gone through extensive training and have become experts. We want to make sure your equipment is always running properly and smoothly. You’re welcome to visit our showroom for a quick diagnostic of your machine. First, we will test your battery, then if the battery is not the issue, we will perform a diagnostic test to determine what is causing the issue with your equipment.
Service Fee: $80 for the first hour
In-home Diagnostic

In-home Diagnostic

We offer in-home diagnostic services if you don't have a way to come to us. First, we will test your batteries just like we would in our showroom to see if your batteries are fully functional. After that we will do a diagnostic test to see what is causing the issue. If needed, we will bring your mobility equipment back to our showroom and service center to for any necessary repairs.
Service Fee: $120 for the first hour
This fee includes:
1. Travel to Your Home.
2. One hour of labor - when we arrive our service hour begins. We will start by assessing your equipment and repair and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor and/or parts are needed beyond the initial amount, we will inform you before incurring additional charges.
