I had been a difficult task to figure out how to get a ramp to my house for my scooter. Because of the existing structures and necessary large turning radius, there were many challenges. I’m extremely pleased with the design Craig came up with and the professional installation of a ramp that actually makes me feel safe. My family and I appreciate the care Craig took to find out what I needed. He listened to my concerns and needs from which he created a couple designs and asked for my input. He provides me with updates through the VA approval process, all the way to giving me updates for the long awaited delivery and installation. Craig was always punctual and followed through with appointments even when the weather threw a few kinks into the installation. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rental made our trip to Cherokee Casino much easier for my wife to move around in the large facility. The scooter was easy to get in or out of my pickup truck, and worked perfectly.
