When i first called this company Craig told me he didnt repair my brand but to bring it in and he would take a look at it….so I did. He was able to find the problem with the batteries. Showed me the test results and installed better battery’s than the original ones that had quickly deteriorated. He did a great job and I highly recommend this business for repairs or to purchase brand new mobility chairs.

Craig and the staff at Lake Norman Mobility have given us exemplary service over the past three years. We travel from Arizona to visit very active grandchildren, and the convenience of being able to rent a quality device for a reasonable cost has been spectacular. All the devices we have rented have been in perfect condition, and we have never experienced a problem with any of the rentals. Craig’s professionalism was a deciding factor in purchasing a scooter from him to take home to Arizona. We will continue to rent as needed from this location.

Above and Beyond every time we have dealt with them. To say they are helpful would be an understatement and to be honest saying anything other than “Heaven sent” would be a disservice to them and their wonderful customer service ! Not only where we able to get our original problem addressed/fixed. We were able to purchase a power chair that actually folds up and fits in my trunk and weighs less than 50 pounds so not difficult for someone, Like myself, with MS to handle. We were also able to get a walker because that two needed to be replaced along with accessories for the new products for around 2k less than I figured it would cost (including tax!!) If you are in the market for some type of home health aide or power chair call them! you’ll be so glad you did

Mobility Plus is a breath of fresh air in these times of profit first. Craig is so helpful and honest that you wish that you could say he is a relative of yours. He made time to check and repair my scooter when I was caught in a time crunch. When another problem came up, he walked me through the diagnosis and repair by phone. How many others would do that. Thank you Craig for all you did for me, and consider me a customer for life. May God always smile on you.
