Battery Check
Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE to make sure they are in perfect working order! No appointment necessary!
Service Fee: FREE
Battery Installation
We will install your new battery(s) and properly dispose of your old battery(s) if you purchase your batteries through us and come to our showroom and service center. If you’re unable to come to us we are happy to come to you (in-home fees apply).

In-store Diagnostic
Visit our showroom and service center for a complete diagnostic of your machine. We begin by testing your battery(s). If the battery(s) is not the issue, we perform a diagnostic using the latest computers, technology, and mechanical know-how.
This fee includes:
One (1) Hour of Labor - We will test your batteries, assess your repair and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor and/or parts are needed beyond the initial amount, we will inform you before incurring additional charges.
Service Fee: $79.95
In-home Diagnostic
We will visit your home to diagnose the issue and perform the service. We will troubleshoot in the comfort of your home with portable diagnostic tools to determine cause of issue.
Service Fee:
- $145 (<15 miles)
- $185 (15 - 25 miles)
- $185 + $3/mile (>25 miles)
This fee includes:

I am so glad that I rented a scooter from Mobility Plus. I was nervous about how everything would work but they took the worries away. Pickup took just a couple minutes with great education on how the scooter works. Drop off was even faster! They took the scooter and processed the return so I can quickly get my deposit back. Mobility Plus Lake Norman is wonderful! I needed two wheelchairs for my parents for an out of town graduation. They were able to meet my needs with no problems. The staff are super nice, and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Highly recommend Mobility Plus Lake Norman. Very knowledgeable and willing to go beyond expectations in explaining options. First time ever renting a wheelchair, and had zero knowledge. Mr and Mrs Sprinkles at Mobility Plus at Lake Norman NC ,answered all my questions , and guess what they even return phone calls in a timely manner, Mr. Sprinkles even called me back on a Hoilday day when Mobility Plus was closed. I had a mobile lift installed inside a Honda Odyssey, the lift is excellent Thanks Mr and Mrs Sprinkles
