• We provide battery checks in our store!

• No appointment is necessary between 10:00am and 5:00pm, Mon.-Fri.

• We provide FREE group tune-up clinics at your assisted or independent living facility to check batteries & adjust rollator brakes. Facility activity directors can call (470) 545-1827 to book!

• We install new batteries purchased in our Alpharetta showroom

• We properly dispose of your old battery for FREE.

• We perform in-home removal of old batteries and replacement with new batteries - * In-Home Service Fee applies.

• Please bring your scooter, power wheelchair, rollator or other mobility product to us for service!

• Initial 15 minute assessment at no charge.

• Complex repairs may require several days, but we will work hard to fix your equipment as quickly as possible.

• We happily service equipment purchased elsewhere if we can source parts for it. Service plans available for purchase!

• Our labor rate is $95 per hour with a 1-hour minimum.

• Heavy item? Let us pick up or return your in-store service item for $55! (within 20 miles of our showroom)

• Additional repair fees will be assessed based on cost of parts, and labor required.

We provide white glove delivery to addresses within 20 miles of our showroom!

• Hospital Beds, and Lift Recliners: $125.00

• We will gladly haul away used mobility equipment for an additional fee.
