Mobility Plus Casa Grande and Anthony Allen went above and beyond! My dad had just left the hospital and needed a rollator/walker urgently. Even though the store was closed, Anthony answered my call, he heard the urgency in my voice, and went in on his day off to help. He delivered the walker to my dad, fully assembled and adjusted, and even gave great safety tips. Exceptional service, compassion, and professionalism — and veteran-owned too! Highly recommend!

The customer service in this store is extraordinary! They support you with answers to any problems you may have with your purchase even long after the fact. We purchased a lift for our car some time ago from Mobilityh Plus, but got the wheelchair in a separate transaction. They helped us figure out the problem when we had trouble making our chair work on their lift. You really need to use this store for any mobility issues you may have!!!

We found ourselves in need of a wheelchair rental last minute. It was on a Monday when Mobility Plus was closed. Anthony met us at the shop on his day off and helped us out. The rental was very reasonable and we were able to take our loved one to our planned event. Thank you Anthony.
