Our services

Battery Check
Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE to make sure they are in perfect working order! You can come to our location during business hours for a free battery check - no appointment necessary.
Service Fee: FREE
Battery Installation
When you purchase your batteries through us while in our showroom and service center, we will install your new battery and properly dispose of your old battery. If you’re unable to come to us, we are happy to come to you, though our in-home diagnostic fees will apply.
Service Fee: FREE In-Store
In-store Diagnostic
You're welcome to come visit our showroom and service center for a diagnostic of your medical mobility product. First, we will test your battery for free, then if the battery isn't the issue, we will perform diagnostic testing.
Service Fee: $35
In-home Diagnostic
We will come to your home or office to diagnose the issue. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed, we will perform the same level of service as one of our in-store diagnostics with portable computers and diagnostic tools.
Service fee will apply to any parts or repairs performed on the unit.
Service Fee: $75

If you purchased your product from us (billed per half hour).
$85/hr
If the product was not purchased from us (billed per half hour).

Y'all, so cool to have found this place. We recently rented one of their power scooters, and it has truly been a blessing for my mom. The scooter easily breaks down into four parts, making it small enough to fit in our car — yet it’s powerful enough to get through some of the biggest malls in Arizona without any problem. Renting from Mobility Plus has given my mom a new sense of freedom and independence that she’s been missing for years, and I’m so thankful for that. The husband-and-wife team who run the Goodyear location are incredibly kind, caring, and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. On top of that, their rental rates are very affordable, which makes the whole experience even better. I’m truly grateful for the team at Mobility Plus Goodyear — they’ve made such a positive difference in our lives, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of mobility solutions!

Mr Rod Torres delivered the scooter to my house and I was pleasantly surprised as he was timely and had patience in explaining it to me. He trained me on the scooter, driving over curbs, and taught me how to navigate elevation changes. His facility also has all of the parts necessary to enhance and/or repair the scooter. He gave me a great start and it is comforting knowing that he is near in the event I need him. Thank you Mr. Torres.

Rod was very helpful with questions I had when I called. My wife, Jessica and I came to his location the following day to get the equipment we needed. He greeted us and immediately remembered me. He not only took the time to help show us how to attach and use the equipment but was very nice and informative. Short version: The service and selection of products are fantastic. Rod worked with me to find the best mobility device. I never felt pressured and all of my questions and concerns were answered. I very rarely “rate” a business but Mobility Plus gets an A+!
