We went to mobility plus to look for a rollator or a wheelchair/walker combo for my husband. My husband ended purchasing a rollator. Sharlene helped us out she went above and beyond. She even put a wheelchair/walker together so my husband could try it out. When I told her I’m going to take pictures of both items that way we could make a decision at home and she said that would be fine I also asked Sharlene if she could inquire about another item I was looking for. She was not pushy and very attentive. Sharlene gave excellent customer service and made you feel welcomed. I highly recommend mobility plus for your needs.

From the first visit to the store, through the attentive help that I got from Krista, as we navigated through my choice from the assortment of mobility scooters in the store, I would recommend Mobility Plus to anyone who needs one. One thing I would also suggest: if you are traveling on Grant Road, practice calming exercises before leaving the house. The good news is that they are predicting that the construction will be completed before Christ comes again. Prayerfully. Lastly, think about getting some Dr. Bronner soap while you are in their store. It is a wonderful product.

From first contact with Dennis around installing two ramps, through the installation by JR and Dennis ...this was a great experience. They adapted the final product to accommodate the needs of the Home owner (we are renting the home) and did a replacement with grab bars. Excellent clean up and careful construction. I plan to use this company for a scooter purchase as well.

We rented an electric scooter to bring with us to Las Vegas, and it made our trip so much better. It was easy to transport, simple to use, and the battery lasted all day. Getting around the Las Vegas Strip was much more comfortable, especially with all the walking involved. My mom was able to enjoy every hotel and attraction without getting tired. EXCELLENT PLUS is how I would describe our experience with MOBILITY PLUS TUCSON. Gary and the staff are all dedicated to helping you make the right decisions. They are kind and helpful. One year ago I brought the lightweight, carbon scooter (35 lbs) and it has been 100% effective with zero negative incidents. We’ve taken “Scoot” on 6 airplane trips and it’s been a simple success. And although I’m 82 I can easily pick up Scoot and get him in and out of the car. MOBILITY PLUS TUCSON is #1.
