Our goal is to provide you with the best customer experience possible. We will inspect, maintain and repair your mobility equipment at our location or at your home at your convenience. Our trained professionals will replace your battery and charger in no time to keep you on the go.

Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE to make sure they are in perfect working order! You can come to our location during business hours for a free battery check - no appointment necessary.
When you purchase your batteries through us while in our showroom and service center, we will install your new battery and properly dispose of your old battery. If you’re unable to come to us, we are happy to come to you, though our in-home diagnostic fees will apply.

You're welcome to come visit our showroom and service center for a diagnostic of your medical mobility product. First, we will test your battery for free, then if the battery isn't the issue, we will perform diagnostic testing.

We will come to your home or office to diagnose the issue. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed, we will perform the same level of service as one of our in-store diagnostics with portable computers and diagnostic tools.
