I was in town to work a conference. Lynn and the team were fabulous in renting what I needed. It saved my spine and got me where I needed to be. I will definitely work with this wonderful team of Veterans next time I'm back in town. So grateful!

Don't hesitate to buy here!!! Lynn (Owner) and Karen (Sales/Service) are terrific! I have rented a scooter, bought accessories for my scooter and had service done several times. Each time was a great experience! The prices were always reasonable and the attention to detail was great. Since I am a Vet, I love to do business with fellow Vets. It is a fact that Lynn is a retired Commander from the USCG and is a very honest and compassionate person!

Lynn and Karen have been fantastic! My moms scooter is older and has needed several repairs and we have always been treated well. Fantastic customer service here. We will not go anywhere else. And soon be buying a new scooter through them.

This is an amazing company! They did a great job repairing my wheelchair and even went the extra mile to make personal adjustments to my chair when dropping it back off to ensure that it was perfect for me. They fixed the loose parts and the gentleman who picked it up and dropped it off for me was very patient, for a person like myself this meant the world to me. My chair is back up and running like new again! I am so satisfied and would give ********** 10 stars if google would let me but I hope the 5 will suffice for now. Mobility plus clearwater keep making a difference you guys are more than just a Mobility store you are real people making a difference one chair at a time. I will definitely be back if I have problems with my chair in the future

I purchased a power chair with the "White Glove" option. I was led to believe I had a two year warranty. I figured a Vet owned business would be fair. Boy was I wrong. When I bought the chair I noticed the power wire was loose. Noone said anything. Well somehow the power line got wrapped around the wheels. It pulled the wires from the controller. I figured, it was covered. Boy was I wrong. I should have read the paperwork. White Glove means they will replace the batteries for two years, Only the labor was free. So it cost me an additional $211.55. I am really unhappy about this. UPDATE: They made it right. I respect that. They were more than gracious and went above and beyond t make it right. Thank you so much. Changed my rating from a 2 to a 5.
