Today I went back to Mobility Scooter to get a basket for my scooter it is great. Next it will be get the wagon to go behind.
I purchased a power chair with the "White Glove" option. I was led to believe I had a two year warranty. I figured a Vet owned business would be fair. Boy was I wrong. When I bought the chair I noticed the power wire was loose. Noone said anything. Well somehow the power line got wrapped around the wheels. It pulled the wires from the controller. I figured, it was covered. Boy was I wrong. I should have read the paperwork. White Glove means they will replace the batteries for two years, Only the labor was free. So it cost me an additional $211.55. I am really unhappy about this.
UPDATE: They made it right. I respect that. They were more than gracious and went above and beyond t make it right. Thank you so much. Changed my rating from a 2 to a 5.
Great customer service during scooter selection, as well as after the sale.
The used scooter I bought my mother was nearly beyond repair. The owner, Lynn explained my options of replacing the motor or buying a new scooter. I went with a new scooter and she gave me a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with our dealings with this company.
Needed a scooter at last minute to take wife to Raymond James event. The ease and reasonable cost was fantastic. Have already recommended this service to several others.
