Oliver is fantastic at both service and technical expertise. I had a powered dolly that wasn't working and had heard the components were similar to mobility scooters so contacted Mobility Plus. Despite not being his core business, Oliver took the machine apart, spent countless hours troubleshooting, narrowed down the issues, sourced replacement parts, and had it running like new. His prices are more than fair and his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile are hard to find in today's business environment. I would highly recommend him for any of your mobility (or other similar machine) needs!

I chose Mobilily Plus for my Dad's mobilty needs because they work with the VA and has great reviews. Oliver has gone above and beyond with communication and customer service in selecting a recliner, an indoor two wheeled walker, and a 4 wheeled rollator that transitions into a transfer chair. He recently delivered and set up the recliner. Everything was handled with care and he put together and set it up while explaining what he was doing in the event it would ever need to be taken a part to be moved. He also ensured that my Dad understood how to operate it and where its important components, attachments, and instructions were before leaving. We will continue to work with Oliver for all of our mobility needs, and recommend that you do too!

Old fashioned customer service has become a thing of the past, but with Oliver at Mobiliy Plus it’s alive and well! Oliver was great, he was earlier than expected and showed up with an upgraded scooter which ended really came in handy. I was in Colorado Springs for 4 days conference and it really was fantastic. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Oliver and Mobility plus and wouldn’t even consider calling anywhere else the next time I’m in town!

Oliver is fantastic. I did not buy my SL 300 from them but that didn't stop Oliver from helping me with a problem. Over the phone he helped me reset the stair climber and got it running again. I know if I ever need help or are in the market for a new unit I will be visiting them. Thank you Oliver.
