Our services
Battery Check
Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE. This service test is the best way to make sure your batteries are still in good working order! Call to make an appointment during business hours for a free battery check. Our showroom and service center hours are Mon-Fri: 9 am – 5 pm

Battery Installation
We will install your new batteries and properly dispose of your old batteries when you purchase your batteries through Mobility Plus Longmont. Simply stop by our showroom/service center with your equipment and old batteries, and we will install your new batteries for free!
If you are unable to come to us- we are happy to come to you. Residential service fees will apply.

In-store Diagnostic
We are mobility experts that want to use our knowledge to uncover any issues with your mobility equipment. You’re welcome to visit our showroom/service center for a quick diagnostic of your machine. We will first test your batteries for FREE to determine if that is the underlying issue. If we find that the batteries are working properly, we will perform a complete series of diagnostic tests to determine what is causing any issues with your equipment.
Service Fee: $79
In-home Diagnostic
We offer in-home diagnostic services for those who do not have the means to visit our showroom/service center. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed, we will perform field diagnostic tests to attempt to determine what is causing the issue with your equipment. If necessary, we will bring the equipment back to our service facility for additional testing and to perform necessary repairs.
This fee includes:
- Travel to your home or office.
- One (1) Hour of Labor - When we arrive at your home our service hour begins so we will test your batteries, assess your repair and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor and/or parts are needed beyond the initial amount, we will inform you before incurring additional charges.

I cannot say enough good things about Mobility Plus Longmont! While traveling we lost the key to our mobility scooter. One call 10 min before closing and the staff stayed late for us to arrive and get a replacement key. They were also super helpful with a lift issue. I called Nicole at the Longmont location about 3-weeks ago to ask some basic questions. She was kind during our interaction, answered questions and offered to assist us personally when we decided to come in. Today we visited the store and Nicole kept he promise and even remembered our call. Nicole did a great job with knowing her products and helping us decided on the right electric wheelchair. I have worked with Mobility Plus Longmont on two separate occasions to install chair lifts. Darrin the owner is extremely responsive and kind. Their team of installers are courteous, prompt and clean. When we needed and adjustment on one of the chair lifts, they addressed the problem quickly and perfectly. Highly recommended!

In order to come home from the nursing home I needed a ramp. I wanted a temporary one because I was sure I would not need it forever. Nicole helped me immensely. I did not know anything about these and Nicole took her time in explaining the different kinds of ramps. She took care of all the details of scheduling the installation. The ramp was installed in time for me to get home and it was exactly what I needed. I felt some independence being able to get in and out of the house on my own. When I was able to do the stairs, the ramp was removed in a timely manner. I just called Nicole and she took care of everything and the technicians were very professional.
