Mike and his wife were absolutely wonderful. After calling around, I am so glad I made one more call to Mobility Plus. Mike talked me through the whole process with purchasing a lift chair for our mother who had been recently been badly injured in a car accident. We had no experience with any type of home mobility equipment and he made it so easy. My sister went to the store to select the chair and said Mike’s wife (we forgot her name!) was an absolute angel to work with. Our chair was delivered by hand that same day! Mike was beyond patient with our mom, showing her how to use the chair and encouraged us to reach out any time with questions or issues. You don’t find customer service like this anymore, and after a beyond stressful week, working with them was the smoothest task on our to do list. Our mom LOVES her chair and it has already helped her feel much more independent & comfortable. Thank you both for your kindness & guidance!

Can't say enough nice stuff about these folks. I went to help my mother to pick out a second wheelchair to keep in the car. They were incredibly attentive. While my mother was trying out different wheelchairs, the owner slipped away with the chair she came in with to do a courtesy servicing. They were very helpful and we got a great chair for my mom to keep in the car. Thanks guys!

Mike and Billie are the BEST!! They were very attentive to the needs we had to have. They placed our order and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Mike delivered, set up and was very patient with our loved one---making sure she was comfortable and understood everything her new device could do before he left. I highly recommend this place for any questions and/or mobility needs!! You won't find better people to work with you and for you!!!
