My husband’s older model 3wh scooter wasn’t holding a charge so he wanted to replace the 2 batteries. Mrs Patel was very helpful on the phone and let us know that they had them in stock. While Meek Patel was installing the batteries he found a wire that was disconnected and repaired it. His scooter is now up and running wonderfully. Thanks so much for your knowledgeable service!

My 3-year-old powered recliner broke, and I had only a week earlier seen the sign for Mobility Plus, so I stopped in to see their store. They sell and service Golden Technologies lift chairs, and I arranged with Henna to have her husband come diagnose the problem. A few days later the part was ordered, the broken piece replaced, and the chair is working great. Henna kept me informed by telephone about the cost and the arrival of the part and scheduled the repair. They were great about working around my schedule. This store (in the Springs Plaza on Maricamp Road) has many mobility items on display, everything from lift chairs like mine, to scooters, walkers, even beds. Lots of small items like canes, seat cushions, toilet risers, grab bars. They even install ramps and stair lifts for the home. Great to have this new store close to home. (Also great to have my recliner chair working again!)

Our Story
We, Meet and Henna Patel, started this journey out of a deep desire to help others. Henna has a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management and climbed the ranks at Advent Health in just three years, becoming a manager for the General Surgery group. Her experience in patient care and hospital operations made her realize the everyday struggles of individuals with mobility challenges. Meanwhile, Meet, an experienced business owner and builder contractor, has always been drawn to new ventures—especially those that create meaningful impact.
Together, we saw an opportunity to combine our skills, compassion, and faith to make a difference. As young entrepreneurs in our late 20s, we knew we wanted to dedicate our lives to helping the elderly, the disabled, and anyone facing mobility difficulties so they can regain their independence and live life to the fullest.

In our Hindu faith, serving the elderly and those in need is considered a great blessing, as if we are serving God Himself. This belief is at the core of everything we do. Our goal is to bring comfort, ease, and mobility to as many people as possible—not just as business owners, but as human beings who genuinely care.
