Our services

Battery Check
Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE. This service test is the best way to make sure your batteries are still in good working order! You can come to our location during our normal business hours for a free battery check.
Service Fee: FREE
Battery Installation
We will install your new batteries and properly dispose of your old batteries when you purchase your batteries through Mobility Plus Orlando Theme Parks. Simply stop by our showroom/service center with your equipment and old batteries, and we will install your new batteries for free!

In-store Diagnostic
We are mobility experts that want to use our knowledge to uncover any issues with your mobility equipment. You’re welcome to visit our showroom/service center for a quick diagnostic of your machine. We will first test your batteries for FREE to determine if that is the underlying issue. If we find that the batteries are working properly, we will perform a complete series of diagnostic tests to determine what is causing any issues with your equipment.

My husband is disabled and has previously rented from Mobility Plus Orlando in the past. Now I have mobility issues too so I decided to also rent a scooter for a 10 day visit to Disney World. Best decision ever! This company is so easy to work with, excellent communication, prompt service, a DVC discount, and their batteries last forever! I rode for 13 hours around Epcot and never had to recharge once! I was SO impressed. I’ll never rent from another company again.

My family and I decided to make a very very last minute trip to Disney last weekend and I had less than 24 hours notice. The awesome team was able to get a scooter to my hotel the very next day and it ran so much better than any ECV I’ve rented from the parks. We frequently make trips and I will always rent from this company and recommend them to everyone!

Great place to rent a scooter from. Easy pick up at the Hard Rock hotel. Super easy to drop off on day of departure. Scooter worked perfectly. Battery was great throughout the park days! Light weight and easy to drive around for my grandmother. We are coming back down in May and will be using this company again. Communication was great via email, too. Would recommend anyone considering mobility devices to rent from this company!

Very friendly, and offer a great option for scooters - whethet it's for elderly visitots or someone who has recently gone through surgery… they deliver and pick up to your resort or residence nearby. Very competitively priced (better than the theme parks and surrounding rentals).
