I depend on my scooter to enjoy precious time with my family because my knees no longer allow me to get around without it. During one of our cruises, a staff member attempted to move my scooter but did not give me time to disengage the freewheel before forcing it. This caused damage to the braking system and ultimately burned out the motor. We found Mobility Plus, and from the moment we spoke with Ana, everything changed. We shared our story, and she treated us with such kindness, compassion, and professionalism. She handled my situation as if I were a member of her own family. We just picked up my scooter, and it looks and works as if it were brand new! I cannot thank Ana and the team at Mobility Plus enough for giving me back my independence. Their exceptional customer service and quality of work truly exceeded all of my expectations. Also, it was pouring and to top it off she made sure she covered it with plastic so I wouldn’t get damaged as we forgot to bring our own cover. Thank you, Ana, from the bottom of my heart!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service and Care from Mobility Plus! As a disabled U.S. Army veteran, I rely on my scooter every single day to get around — it’s not just a convenience, it’s my independence. I brought my scooter into Mobility Plus Scooters, Ramps, and Lifts for repairs, and from start to finish, they went above and beyond to take care of me. The staff were incredibly professional, polite, and genuinely caring. They took the time to understand my situation, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure my scooter was fixed quickly, effectively, and efficiently. Not only did they get it done right, but they also charged a very reasonable price — something that means a lot when you depend on this equipment every day. It’s rare to find a company that treats veterans and customers with such respect and dedication. I can’t thank the Mobility Plus team enough for their outstanding service. They truly went the extra mile, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know. – Hector Lopez, U.S. Army Veteran

My wife & daughter purchased a scooter for me for my birthday as my knees are shot. Anna was excellent answered every question and made sure we were comfortable with the scooter especially disassembling and reassembling it. John was great too putting it in our SUV . I highly recommend this place.

We rented a lift chair from this company. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Even the gentleman and his son who dropped the chair off were amazing. I would recommend and use them in the future.

I called to see about doing a trade in for a power wheelchair I bought my dad as he cannot operate it comfortably. The woman who answered the phone was very abrupt and told me they do not do trade ins for items not purchased with them (I asked her if they do trade ins for power wheelchairs and she said one word “No”, and that was the end of that), she hinted at the fact that it wasn’t even guaranteed to do trade ins for items purchased with them. I think she maybe said 6 or 8 words to me during our short conversation. There was no hint of interest in assisting a potential client and it rubbed me the wrong way. She was not rude, but she didn’t show interest to do business with me and obviously didn’t want to expand on options of what we could do or where I could go to help my dad find a motorized wheelchair so he can have as normal a life as possible. Other reviews I have read about this store mentioned that they worked with people to find the best solutions to their mobility needs, but I did not experience that today.
