We are happy to help you! You can bring your scooter, wheelchair, power wheelchair, lift or anything else to our store or we can come to your home or office. We offer everything from battery replacement to full service and installations of vertical platform lifts.
Parts and repairs may have additional costs.

Bring in your batteries, or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries for FREE to make sure they are in perfect working order! You can come to our location for a free battery check - no appointment necessary.
We will install your new battery and properly dispose of your old battery if you purchase your batteries through us and come to our showroom and service center. If you’re unable to come to us we are happy to come to you, though our in-home diagnostic fees will apply.

We will come to your home to diagnose the issue. We begin with a battery test to ensure your batteries are fully functional. Once that’s completed we will perform the same level of service as one of our in-store diagnostics with portable computers and diagnostic tools.
This fee includes:
1. Travel to Your Home or Office - This is a one time fee even if we have to come out multiple times for your repair or service.
2. One (1) Hour of Labor - When we arrive at your home our service hour begins so we will test your batteries, assess your repair and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor is needed beyond the one hour we will charge additionally.

They made miracles! Our Harmar lift wasn’t working for a year. Had 2 different companies come out to try and fix it with no success. Mobility Plus Pembroke Pines was able to fix our lift. I would highly recommend this company.

Great communication with the company at all hours before and during the rental. The chair worked as expected and when there was a tiny problem with it, the company was quick to provide guidance and quickly resolved the issue. Awesome first experience renting a chair (for the weekend from out of town).

My family had a slight emergency, and I needed help with renting and delivering a medical device (electric scooter) to my son in the Ft. Lauderdale area. I called Mobility Plus, and Ana provided the best customer service. Ana was compassionate and worked out a way to have the device delivered within a few hours, even though they were scheduled to close within that time. While I was on the phone with Ana, she was patient and walked me through their website to show me exactly which device they would be delivering. My son also said that the delivery, explanation of the device, and pickup was extremely professional and easy. I highly recommend Mobility Plus and Ana for all of your medical device needs.
