This branch of the franchise is absolutely wonderful! They truly care about their customers. I'm a senior citizen with several mobility issues. I have extremely limited finances, and Jennifer, General Manager, Luis, Service Manager and Charlie, the owner, went above and beyond to help me and work with my budget to repair my lift chair, which I require in order to sleep due to my orthopedic issues. I am very grateful to this caring, compassionate, and competent team. In this day and age, when the "bottom dollar" seems to supersede competency, quality, and customer service, it is refreshing to discover a company in which their objective is excellent customer service. My Drive Rollater had a bad bearing, and needed a brake adjustment. Since I'm in Clearwater, I checked around nearby for anyone capable of repairing this heavy duty model. After 3 disappointing visits to people trying to sell me a new one, I checked out Mobility Plus in Clearwater, who let me know they didn't do repairs, but their sister store on Tyrone Blvd in St Pete had a great technician, and they put me in touch with Jennifer, the Tyrone location manager. We made an appointment for me to come down the very next day, and we would see how to proceed. When I arrived, a lovely pair of precocious pugs greeted me enthusiastically, and Jennifer invited me in to get my rollater assessed. It turned out they needed to order a new bearing and axle bolt, so I returned the very next day for the repair. It was quick, well done, and affordable. Usually with repair jobs, you can only get 2 out of 3, but these pros got the job done. That was 5 months ago. Yesterday, another bearing went wonky, and after a quick chat with Charlie, the Tyrone shop owner, we made a next day appointment for the repair. Same thing today. Quick, affordable quality work. Each time. Needless to say, the Tyrone shop is my Mobility store of choice, and I will be giving them my business going forward. Their professionalism, kindness, and superior workmanship have me convinced that they are the Premier Mobility shop in Pinellas County. Plus they have those delightful pugs to pet, in case you are short on puppy love. Good stuff. A++

I can't say enough good about this company and their representatives! They have worked with me while visiting the area, not only delivering and picking up the scooter I rented, but also allowing me to add an unscheduled extra day last minute. The customer service goes beyond any expectations. I highly recommend going with Mobility Plus and will use them again when I'm next in the area.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Charlie, the owner, and Jennifer, the manager, today while shopping for a new rollator. Both were so pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful. Jennifer found the appropriate mobility device for my husband and Charlie adjusted the height for a perfect fit. I was shown how to fold the rollator and adjust the height and arm length, if needed, and Jennifer helped me out to the car along with our purchase (that even came with a lifetime warranty). The purchase process was easy and the selection of mobility products was impressive. We even learned that they offer rentals on many of the products - perfect for temporary needs!
