We are here to help you with any maintenance or service you may need. You can bring us your scooter, wheelchair, lift or any other mobility products you may have. If you are not able to come to us, we can go to you.

We offer everything from battery replacement to full service and installations of mobility lifts.

Our services

Battery Check
Bring in your batteries or the whole machine, and we will check your batteries. This is the best way to make sure they are still working properly. You can visit us during normal business hours for a battery check. No appointment necessary.
Service Fee: FREE
Battery Installation
When you purchase your batteries from us, we will install your new batteries and properly dispose of your old ones. If you are unable to come to us, we can come to you. In-home diagnostic fee will apply.
Service Fee: $65
In-store Diagnostic
When you purchase your batteries from us, we will install your new batteries and properly dispose of your old ones. If you are unable to come to us, we can come to you. In-home diagnostic fee will apply.

In-home Diagnostic
We offer in-home diagnostic services if you don't have a way to come to us. First, we will test your batteries just like we would in our showroom to see if your batteries are fully functional. After that we will do a diagnostic test to see what is causing the issue. If needed, we will bring your mobility equipment back to our showroom and service center to for any necessary repairs.

This fee includes:
1. Travel to Your Home.
2. One hour of labor - when we arrive our service hour begins. We will start by assessing your equipment and repair and begin working on the fix (if applicable and with your approval). If additional labor and/or parts are needed beyond the initial amount, we will inform you before incurring additional charges.
Service Fee: $120 for the first hour

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Charlie, the owner, and Jennifer, the manager, today while shopping for a new rollator. Both were so pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful. Jennifer found the appropriate mobility device for my husband and Charlie adjusted the height for a perfect fit. I was shown how to fold the rollator and adjust the height and arm length, if needed, and Jennifer helped me out to the car along with our purchase (that even came with a lifetime warranty). The purchase process was easy and the selection of mobility products was impressive. We even learned that they offer rentals on many of the products - perfect for temporary needs!

This branch of the franchise is absolutely wonderful! They truly care about their customers. I'm a senior citizen with several mobility issues. I have extremely limited finances, and Jennifer, General Manager, Luis, Service Manager and Charlie, the owner, went above and beyond to help me and work with my budget to repair my lift chair, which I require in order to sleep due to my orthopedic issues. I am very grateful to this caring, compassionate, and competent team. In this day and age, when the "bottom dollar" seems to supersede competency, quality, and customer service, it is refreshing to discover a company in which their objective is excellent customer service. I HIGHLY recommend them!👏🏻👏🏻

I wish there was an option for 6 stars! Superior service! I was on an rv trip 2 hours away. Ran into technical difficulties with a new mobility cart lift that was recently installed. Called a mobility business in the town of Clermont where i was staying. They refused to help even though only 5 miles from my location. I of course offered to pay for services, still they turned me down. Jennifer and Louis, drove 100 miles and rescued us! I can never say enough about the Outstanding service!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ST PETE LOCATION FOR MOBILITY PLUS!!

Jennifer and the owner was 'real' from the start. The scooter was delivered, and Debbie Pippin, a local bass musician, who had a stroke, is now in a battery operated chair since being put in a wheelchair 5 years ago. She doesn't have any control on the right side of her body. She is now free to travel the highways! Thank you Jennifer for caring!
